Al n. 69 a sinistra c’è Allen, un drappeggiatore, forse perché un cartello sulla vetrina annuncia che hanno un reparto Ready Made. Al n. 71 c’è Russell, presumibilmente Roberto Russel71 anni nel censimento del 1901: droghiere e commerciante di generi alimentari (grazie Niall McAuley). Interessante anche per scopi di datazione forse è un manifesto sull’arco che conduce alla chiesa che pubblicizza: Meeting: New Church. La chiesa nella foto è la “nuova chiesa”? L’incontro si terrà lì o si parlerà di una nuova chiesa altrove? (Ovviamente è troppo sperare che ci sia una data precisa sul manifesto!) Data: 1863-1870 NLI Ref.: STP_1817
